Each new Hilsonic export machine is shipped with a free, 5 year spares pack that includes one generator, two ultrasonic transducers and two heaters in order to avoid any machine down time. In addition, the machines are subject to a one year parts and labour warranty, and this can be extended subject to our local distribution agreement.

Hilsonic has many years of experience in helping new blind cleaning companies to get started and develop new business. So all new European customers enjoy the benefit of a full marketing manual with each machine. This includes templates for mail shots, advertisements and sales letters to help you promote the new service, along with full instructions, marketing tips and advice.
